Strengthening Industry & Academia Collaboration

This online event will celebrate the RIPEN Hub’s achievements over the past three years and explore how we can further strengthen collaboration between industry and academia in Human Nutrition and Physiology.

The session will bring together researchers, industry experts, and partners to:

  • Showcase outcomes from RIPEN funded projects so far

  • Share lessons from successful collaborations

  • Discuss opportunities for ongoing innovation and funding support

The agenda will include:

  • Research highlights from RIPEN funded projects

  • Panel discussion on building and sustaining partnerships

  • Networking sessions via breakout rooms (Meet an Academic/Meet an SME)

This year's RIPEN Hub Hackathon was held on the 6th March 2025, at Newcastle University. During the meeting, all who attended discussed the upcoming Research Priorities for the year, with particular emphasis on what had changed from last year's focus areas.
