Who is eligible to take part in the Early Career Researcher (ECR) Network ?
The network is for those who identify as an ECR and are working and/or based in the UK. It is anticipated that they will be below lecturer level and meet the following eligibility criteria:
To be affiliated with a Research institution in the UK
To be based in the UK
To identify as an ECR
Why would an ECR be interested in being a member of the network?
The ECR Network aims to help researchers develop their careers. This initiative is being shaped by the researchers themselves, with the focus and opportunities led by the researchers with the support of the hub. It will create a range of opportunities in support of this aim.

Research skills development
Building contacts with experienced academics and industrial partners
Building research collaborations across disciplines to address common challenges together
Exploring issues important to ECRs (such as equality, diversity and inclusion: job security)
